General rules/cancellation policies

If provided to secure a service, the c/card details is just as guarantee, nothing will be charged unless the follow rules will be disregarded:

Assumed that:

the waiting time at the airport is equal to 1 hour from landing and 30/40 minutes at the cruise port or other p/up places, if the customer realizes that within 1 hour (30 minutes at the cruise port), he/she will not be able to reach the exit and meet the driver, he/she must notify the driver:

  • Calling (or text even via Whatsapp) the emergency number +39 347 881 0184
    Sending a representative (relative/friend) outside, locate the driver telling him about the delay

If we receive no communication, we will assume that the customer missed the flight or decided to arrive at the destination alone and the amount will
be charged in full

The card will also be charged in case of non-payment of bills or missing balances.

Attention:

Because our system automatically pre-authorizes your card, you may receive a notice from your credit card provider that your card
has been charged… IT IS NOT A CHARGE BUT ONLY A PRE-AUTHORIZATION

It is also possible that your card system will recognize the pre-authorization from Europe as fraud; in this case you will have to alert
the card provider to let the card be pre-authorized.

Cancellation policies:

High season (April 01st to Oct 15th and Dec 20th to Feb 29th)

  • Short transfers (within 50 km of the collection point)
  • By 72 hours no penalty
  • Up to 48 hours before service: 50% penalty
  • Less than 48 hours 100% no refund

Long transfers/tours (more than 50 km from the pick up point)

  • By 5 days no penalty
  • Up to 3 days before service: 50% penalty
  • Up to 1gg 80% penalty
  • Less than 1gg 100% no refund

Cruise port cancellation policies:

Peak season services (Apr 1st to Sep 30th) to/from Trieste, Ravenna, Chioggia and Monfalcone cruise port:

  • Cancellation within 15 days before no penalties

  • Up to 10 days before: 30% penalty

  • Up to 7 days before: 60% penalty

  • Less than 7 days no reimboursement

Long tours

Tours with 2 or more full day reservation at disposal regardless of mileage

  • Until 12 days no penalty
  • Up to 8 days before service: 50% penalty
  • Up to 3 days before 80% penalty
  • Less than 3 days 100% no refund

Notice: rates quoted are for direct transfer unless otherwise agreed upon; stops en route are included up to 15/20 minutes; additional

waits will be charged separately, as will any detours from the main route.

Notice

In case of reimboursement, if the amount or downpayment was paid by c/card, the card fees

are not refundable
